Why the hat works
I'm Susie Steed. Some people recognise me for my top hat.
People remember the hat - that's why I wear it.
Being memorable and familiar is a big step towards someone choosing you.
They are just two of the many signals that our brains need in order to make a decision to get in touch with your business.
To get more enquiries, you need to know why people don't buy
When people feel even a small amount of uncertainty, they don't tend to get in touch.
It can be as tiny as a spellng mistake
(reduces confidence)
Or as obvious as you not having an easy way for them to contact you
(frustration)
